One of the best and most beneficial amenities for travelers is a full kitchen. Families, couples, & solo travelers alike appreciate this amenity so much it is the highest-ranking amenity right up there with the 2nd top coveted amenity on this list. Also, it is one of the biggest benefits of staying in a home vs. a hotel.

For those with nutritional preferences, this amenity is a requirement really.

2. Free Wifi

Now the internet runs the world and not having connectivity is worse than not having cell reception. This amenity is a definite must-have and word to the wise when setting up a bnb of your own; schedule your internet connectivity ASAP. Sometimes these appointments are 2 WEEKS OUT!
