REMIXXX!!! Have several seats.

This dining room table that is currently sitting in our downtown Indianapolis short term rental was my very first dining room table set I ever purchased. I remember like it was yesterday, 6 years ago I was pregnant and irritable. I was due that very next week and to say that I was nesting would've been an understatement.

Lol, This beauty sat in my kitchen and my daughter tried her best to single-handedly destroy each chair. They actually had plastic covers that she liked to tear and peel off.

So I thought why not put this in the bnb and allow my guest to eat civilized meals at this round table vs. the sliver of a table, I originally placed in there. It looked great in there but I couldn't get past the stains.

I did some research and found these neat chair covers. I ordered a set of 4 for a whopping $19.99! They came super fast and were ridiculously easy to put on.

For such minimal effort, they were the perfect solution. With short terms, you want to always have things in your home that are easily replaceable just in case the inevitable happens. These easily wash quickly in the laundry. They also doubled as a bit of a statement piece adding to the decor of the living room while not breaking the bank, which in my book is always a huge plus. Let's face it, we can always use a short cut to keep the bnb cost down and profit up!
