We began our journey in 2012  as a real estate company investing exclusively in the beautiful Metropolitan area of Indianapolis Indiana. We transform everything, from dilapidated and potential rich homes into showplaces in our client's Pinterest boards and in the process help revitalize and regentrify neighborhoods throughout Indianapolis Indiana. In addition, we also plan the projects for our very busy clients who don't have the time to manage the process of remodeling from inception to completion. Along the way, we decided to explore creating Airbnb designs for homeowners wanting to rent out their homes. This truly was the All spark that inspired us and creatively shaped our Interior design acumen. We are a family-owned company with Sean & Ciara at the helm. We truly know and love Interior Design and are most passionate about designing spaces that reflect sophisticated beautiful spaces.

How does the process work?

1)Getting to know you: We want to understand how you interact with your home. Some tools we use to gain understanding is our style quiz and project questionnaire.

2)Tell us about your project: You will receive an email once you've selected a package of our project breakdown questionnaire, that requests project details such as room measurements, photos (I've made this easy by providing you with a breakdown of each photo needed), etc.

3)Your Design: You will receive your new design within 1 to 2 weeks.

 

I have a complex project and I am not sure what I need. What should I do first?

 The “Design Consultation” option will be the perfect first choice if not sure about how much support you will need on your project. In addition, it will help guide you and put you on the right path.

 

I just need a color consultation what do I choose?

Starting with “Design Consultation” is the best choice. Afterward, we have a flexible a la carte policy that allows you the time needed to finish your project.

 

What is E design?

E design is online interior design services right to your inbox regardless of your location. This new design experience is a DIY decorating solution that equips you with a master plan for devising a professionally designed space that you can implement at your own pace. It is an affordable alternative to the conventional way of hiring a designer for a full spectrum of services since everything is delivered right to you by email. You submit to us your room sizes, photos, budget, and we will custom E-Design your space and provide support according to the package you select. The process is easy, so let’s begin!
